• Account Registration

  5. Transmit any viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful or destructive content.

  7. Harass, abuse, or harm any other users of the Services.
  8. Use the Services to send spam or other unsolicited messages.

  11. Engage in any activity that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working of the Services.
• Content
  You are solely responsible for any content that you submit, post, or display on or through the Services ("User Content"). You grant PureHeat a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your User Content throughout the world in any media.
• You represent and warrant that: (i) you own or control all rights in and to your User Content and have the right to grant the license granted above; and (ii) your User Content does not violate these Terms and will not cause injury to any person or entity.
• PureHeat reserves the right (but has no obligation) to review, edit, or remove any User Content in its sole discretion, at any time, without notice to you and for any reason.
• Trademarks
  The PureHeat name, the PureHeat logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of PureHeat or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of PureHeat. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.
• Indemnification
  You agree to indemnify and hold PureHeat, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Services; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Services.
